The TeckRouter will allow you to make linear and non-linear adjustments to your printed images, allowing perfect print-to-cut registration.

The TeckRouter has combined the proven precision of the i-cut® Vision workflow with an 18,000 RPM router, specifically selected and optimized for its ability to router cut the kinds of rigid materials being printed on in today’s digital print world.

Able to accurately router materials such as acrylic, Sintra, polycarbonate, plywood, MDF, Sing Foam, Gatorfoam, aluminum composites, and more, the TeckRouter can import complete cutting files from all of the major wide-format RIPs, integrating the industry’s leading wide-format printers into a fully digital workflow.

Unlike traditional CNC routers or simple vision systems that are unable to completely compensate for location, rotation, print, material, or lamination distortions, both linear and non-linear in nature, the TeckRouter can handle any print job it encounters. The result is complete accuracy and a single workflow, independent of the RIP, printer, or cutting device.
