Roland is pleased to announce the SOLJET PRO III XJ series of
eco‐solvent inkjet printers, combining exceptional print speeds with
photorealistic 1440 x 1440 dpi image quality for the ultimate in six‐color
CMYK+LcLm digital printing.
The XJ series brings all the performance of Roland PRO III technology to the
wide‐format print‐only market. The XJ series is engineered for exceptional
productivity with a host of features that both automate and expedite the
production process. With exceptional print speeds, the XJ series excels at
high‐volume production of banners, signs, billboards, vehicle and fleet graphics
and wraps, flexible‐face signage and more. Additionally, high‐quality imaging
and Roland’s Precision Firing Pattern make the XJ series ideal for indoor
graphics, including posters, POP displays and fine art reproductions.
Scratch‐resistant ECO‐SOL MAX ink offers a wide gamut and dense, rich colors for
superior image quality and durability. ECO‐SOL MAX supports a full range of
coated and uncoated media from vinyl and banner to backlit film, canvas and
mesh.
To support high‐speed unattended printing, the XJ series comes equipped with
an integrated tri‐heating system and optional dryer/blower unit that accelerate
the ink drying process. These features in combination with the XJ’s advanced
media feed system and heavy‐duty automated take‐up system produce flawless
prints at even the highest print speeds. Automated maintenance minimizes ink,
labor and downtime and eliminates the need for daily cleanings, further
increasing productivity. Bundled VersaWorks RIP software is packed with features
to streamline production including Variable Data Printing and spot color
matching through the Roland Color System.
