The Jeti 5024 UV Roll-to-Roll with 24 Spectra print heads provides high speed graphics in 6 color with True 600 dpi achieving 45 sqm/hr (500 sqft/hr) in best quality mode. Environmentally friendly UV curable inks produce the fastest output of any UV roll to roll grand-format printer on the market today. The UV lamps instantly dry the ink to a number of materials including fabric, canvas, vinyl, plastic film, paper and polyester opening many new markets. The flexibility of printing 600 dpi resolution on any material gives the Jeti 5024 UV RTR the highest quality of any printer in its class. When print shops need a bigger solution to a large job, they call upon the Jeti 5024 UV RTR. A take-up unit is built into the printer, allowing the machine to be run by a single operator. At the forefront of the technological enhancements is the software upgrade which can detect if any individual nozzle may be misfiring. The software will automatically compensate the saturation, safe-guarding the image output. This safe-proof technology is the first of its kind in the grand-format arena. The Jeti 5024 UV RTR also includes an automatic head capping feature (auto caps in 15 minutes if machine sets) and automated air vacuum system which eliminates manual head wiping.
