The Jeti 3324 AquaJet (3.3m/10’10’’) is the first 3 meter wide Direct to Fabric printer using specially formulated, water-based disperse dye inks that allow printing directly to any polyester-based fabric and achieve vibrant colors that are fade and wash resistant, and literally burst to life from fabric, flag, banner and textile materials that can be used for many applications. Special built-in infrared heaters allow the colors to pop out with no need for any extra equipment for curing. The Jeti 3324 AquaJet features 24 special edition waterbased Spectra print heads available in 6 colors and true 600 dpi resolution, which produce ultra real images that can compete with any high resolution printer on the market, yet allow for production speeds over 100 sqm/hr. The Jeti 3324 AquaJet is fully equipped with an in-line infrared fixation system that ensures vivid colors and clean graphics on polyester-based fabrics, either knitted or woven; this process guarantees the prints are ready for wind-up. The Jeti 3324 AquaJet comes with 3 high temperature slitting units attached to the rewind rollers that allow you to slit and seal the fabric to the required finished sizes. The Jeti 3324 AquaJet has a built-in venting system and a separate Air Cleaning Unit included with the printer. Unique beveled media rollers ensure that all types of fabrics are centered on the printer at all times for accurate print quality and registration.
