CALIFORNIA & TEXAS SALES TAX
California & Texas customers will automatically be charged sales tax for all purchases. If it is determined that NuSign has a California or Texas Resale Permit form on file for that customer, then their sales tax will be automatically refunded. Customers without a California or Texas Resale Permit form on file must submit the form to NuSign before their sales tax can be reimbursed.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. On
credit card charges, the shipping and billing address must be the same.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in US Dollar ($) currency. Prices do
not include shipping or taxes, if applicable.
Worldwide Express customers will need to wire transfer funds to directly to
the NuSign bank account prior to shipment. Please call for details.
We also offer a business leasing option through a third party. Leasing payment
plans are designed to meet your monthly budget and free up capital for other
important ventures. Lease rates shown on this website are only estimates and
are based on a 60-month term and on approved credit. Rates are subject to change
without notice and do not include any applicable taxes, fees, or shipping charges.

SHIPPING
Standard shipping for most orders is UPS, unless otherwise requested or required.
Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight and UPS zones. NuSign
Supply is not responsible for UPS, FedEx or other carrier errors. You must inspect
merchandise upon receipt and report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.
Orders will be processed within one business day of receipt. Shipping times
depend on where the order is being shipped to and the method of shipment selected.
RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS are allowed for orders placed online.
If we have made a mistake or an item is defective and you wish to return it,
call 1-877-6NU-SIGN and ask for customer service. We will gladly repair or replace
the item at our discretion within 30 days upon receipt of returned merchandise.
You must have an RMA number (return material authorization number) before sending
any item back to us. RMA's are valid for 10 days from issuance. Items received
with an expired RMA number will be refused. ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
WILL BE REFUSED.
Please Note: If you need to return a product for replacement, and cannot wait
until we have had the opportunity to receive and inspect the item to be replaced,
and the product is valued at over $200.00, the following policy will apply:
A Return or Replacement of
Merchandise Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed and returned
to the Customer Support Department. It can be emailed, faxed, or parcel posted
- but bear in mind that we cannot release merchandise without a charge before
the completed form is in our possession.
If our instructions are followed correctly, and the product is returned to
us promptly, there will be no actual charge placed on your credit card.
Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to the following restocking
fees:
- 25% on items returned for exchange or credit
- 30% on items returned for credit if:
- They are not in their original packaging box.
- Their original packing boxes have been defaced or written on.
- All accessories and packaging materials are not returned.
- 60% on items damaged, but repairable.
No credit will be issued for any item damaged beyond repair.
"Consumable" items such as ink and software cannot be returned once
the packaging has been opened.
Printers, cutters, and laminators, non-stock, and all special order items (including
vinyl) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
All returns must be shipped back in original packaging and in "like new"
condition with all accessories. Items for return must be shipped to NuSign Supply,
insured for full value against loss or damage, using UPS, FEDEX, or other traceable
carrier. We cannot accept COD shipments.
Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges are
non-refundable.
You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days from
receipt or order is considered complete. There are no returns after 30 days.
You must follow the detailed RMA instructions below:
1. Shipping Label: Within 10 days of obtaining your RMA number, complete the
RMA shipping label and provide RMA number, customer name, company name and account
number. Fold the shipping label and tape securely on box. ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT
AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

2. Packing Materials: Please include all packing materials (Styrofoam, bubble
wrap, foam end pieces, etc)
3. Packaging the Return: All items must be returned in Original Manufacturer's
Box. If you do not have the Original Manufacturer's Box, you can purchase a
box to be shipped to you for return of merchandise. Both the box and shipping
are non-refundable. Should you attempt to return the merchandise by any other
means, you will be solely responsible for any and all damages and losses.
4. Insure Your Shipment: It is recommended that you insure the returned merchandise
for it's full value. NuSign Supply is not responsible for returns that are lost
or damaged.
5. All Returns Must be Prepaid: No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
6. Shipping Returns: All returns must be shipped by traceable means such as
UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc... Should you choose to use US Mail, you must insure
the returned merchandise and make sure the shipment is traceable. NuSign Supply
is not responsible for any item(s) that are not sent back by any method other
than requested above.
BACKORDER POLICY
We do our best to maintain adequate inventory of every item in our catalog.
If we are temporarily out of stock of an item, it may be shipped at a later
date as available. Back ordered items will not be charged to your credit card
until they are shipped.

As our customer, your privacy is important to us. We will never share your personally

Information That We Collect:
nusignsupply.com collects two types of information from customers which are stored
in a secure database: voluntary information (such as name, e-mail address, billing
and shipping addresses, phone, and credit card information) and automatic information
(such as number of visits and browser used).
Voluntary Information:
Voluntary information is personally identifiable information that our customers
provide when registering with nusignsupply.com. It makes it possible for them to
purchase items and receive electronic newsletters from NuSign Supply. We also
maintain a record of customer product interests and purchase history from our
